With over 5 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in Technical, AI, and Data domains, I have had the opportunity to work with global and domestic clients, including leading e-commerce and Fortune 500 product-based organizations. This exposure has helped me understand the evolving talent landscape and the strategic importance of hiring the right people.

Coming from a unique background in both Psychology and Engineering, I bring the best of analytical thinking and human understanding into recruitment. While engineering enables me to evaluate technical depth and business alignment, psychology helps me understand candidate aspirations, behavior, and cultural fit.
